Wintry Market is Idaho’s top curated indie art, craft, and design show, showcasing over 180 regional artists and crafters. Named the best holiday bazaar in Idaho by Food & Wine and one of the best in the West by Sunset magazine, this event offers unique, handmade goods using traditional craft methods. Now in its 13th year, the 2024 market will be the largest yet, taking over the entire Boise Centre West.
Winter Garden aGlow at the Idaho Botanical Garden

The Winter Garden aGlow is a must-see during the holiday season! This annual event turns the Idaho Botanical Garden into a dazzling wonderland, featuring over half a million sparkling lights. Enjoy strolling through the gardens while sipping hot cocoa, visiting with Santa, and experiencing the festive holiday village. It’s a perfect outing for families and couples alike. Festival of Trees

A cherished Treasure Valley tradition, the Festival of Trees is back with beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, and holiday decor on display. This five-day event also features entertainment, children’s activities, a fashion show, and a black-tie gala. Proceeds benefit St. Alphonsus Health System, so you’ll be supporting a great cause while soaking in the holiday cheer.
Caldwell Night Lights Parade

Location: Downtown Caldwell
The Winter Wonderland in Caldwell is a spectacle you won’t want to miss! The downtown area and Indian Creek Plaza light up with more than a million lights, creating an enchanting holiday atmosphere. Don’t miss the annual Night Lights Parade on December 7, where floats, performers, and Santa Claus glide through the streets in a colorful celebration.
Downtown Boise Holiday Tree Lighting

Join the community for the annual holiday tree lighting at The Grove Plaza in downtown Boise! This festive event kicks off the holiday season with live music and a vibrant celebration. The 35-foot tree, gifted by Boise Cascade, shines with over 5,000 lights and a custom-made tree topper. Downtown Boise transforms with illuminated wreaths, nearly 350 streetlight displays, and 12 intersections glowing with snowflake swags, thanks to the Downtown Boise Association. The tree also serves as the City’s ‘Giving Tree,’ surrounded by over 4,000 gift tags supporting families of the Women’s and Children’s Alliance. It’s a wonderful way to embrace the holiday spirit and enjoy Boise’s lively downtown.
Boise Christmas Show
