Rick Larsen, Owner/Team Leader

With 20 years in the electronics industry Rick considers himself a ‘recovering engineer’ and not a typical salesman. He is wired to naturally problem solve and enjoys the art of negotiation. It is critical for Rick to understand what’s important to his clients and then fight for them. To do this, he needs to have deeper conversations and ask the tough questions to find out what their motivation is as well as their true needs. He is able to use his experience and knowledge to guide them, so that they can make a choice that is best for them.

Sandra Larsen, Owner/Director of Operations

Sandra has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 2007. In her former role, as Operations Manager for Keller Williams Realty Boise, she was able to create change within the company’s infrastructure and systems. She has a servant heart and truly takes care of our clients. She desires to help educate our clients through the buying and selling process, and connect them with anything else that they may need.

Angie Barbosa, Licensed Transaction Manager

Angie brings over 25 years of excellent client care and administrative experience. She has worked with many other real estate teams in the past and knows what it takes to navigate your purchase or sale successfully from contract to close! She is dedicated full-time to managing all the detailed paperwork, time-frames, and closing coordination. With Angie managing your transaction, no detail will be missed!
